One of the more interesting watches from the Rolex professional range, we believe this solid white gold GMT-Master II to be somewhat of a “sleeper”. With its midnight blue dial and hugely legible Chromalight filled white gold hour markers and hands, the watch really is one for the under-stated watch wearer. Given the tones of white gold as a metal, this watch can easily be passed off as “just a steel watch”; a somewhat charming feature to those more inclined to subtlety in life. Described by Rolex as an alchemy of form and function, the watch boasts the incredibly Automatic Calibre 3285 movement, allowing the wearer to both read multiple time-zones simultaneously as well as benefiting from a 70-hour power reserve. Its easy link 5mm extension on the clasp makes the watch perfect for travelling, and albeit not allowed right now, this watch will be “the perfect travel watch” once normality resumes.

Condition Report:

Retaining a large number of its original factory stickers (which is becoming somewhat of a rarity in recent times), this GMT-Master II in white gold can only be described as “like-new”. Perfectly preserved, and complete with its entirety of Rolex accessories, including both its swing tags, this particular example remains under Rolex international warranty until 2024.
