The deep, complex brown “Grande Tapisserie” dial, with large rose gold applied chronograph counters and bold hour markers for increased legibility, is cut using a 100-year-old pantograph, a technique unique to Audemars Piguet. This method creates different shades depending on angle, in keeping with its immaculate satin brushed octagonal case and integrated bracelet - the angles of which play with light beautifully - both in AP’s trademark 18k pink gold, a patented private blend often considered by connoisseurs to be the most attractive rose gold in the world.
